Job Title: Care and Support Worker  

Contracted Hours: Guaranteed hours (part-time or weekend opportunities available)

Salary/Pay Rate: £10.05 - £11.00  (depending on shift and experience) + 45p per mile

Location: Malvern and surrounding areas

What are the duties?

What skills do I need?

Overall, we don’t require you to have experience or qualifications, although you’ll need to be comfortable with lone working. Ideally you will have a driving licence, but this is not always essential. We’ll provide you all the outstanding training and tools that you need; all we ask is a willingness to learn and a genuine enthusiasm to encourage others to live their lives to the full.

What is the service like?

Our community team in Malvern provides exceptional care for people within their own homes. We have a fantastic team in place and you’ll receive great support and guidance from your peers and management team.
