 Job Title: Care and Support Worker  

Contracted Hours: Guaranteed hours (mornings and evenings required, can fit around school hours)

Salary/Pay Rate: £10.00 - £11.00  (depending on shift and experience) + 45p per mile and additional increment for bank holidays

What skills do I need?

 

Overall, we don’t require you to have experience or qualifications, although you’ll need to be comfortable with lone working. Ideally you will have a driving licence, but this is not always essential. We’ll provide you all the outstanding training and tools that you need; all we ask is a willingness to learn and a genuine enthusiasm to encourage others to live their lives to the full.

Our community team in Woking provides exceptional care for people within their own homes. We have a fantastic team in place and you’ll receive great support and guidance from your peers and management team.
