Job Title: Health Care Assistant (days and nights)

Contracted Hours: Full-time opportunities available

Salary/Pay Rate: £9.05 to £10.45 per hour (dependent on shift and experience) plus additional increments for bank holidays

What are the duties?

Enhancing the lives of our residents every day

Assisting with personal care and supporting with additional needs

Serving meals and assisting at meal times

Providing emotional support for our residents and resident’s family members



What skills do I need?

Overall, we don’t require you to have experience or qualifications. We only require you to be passionate about supporting our residents. We’ll provide you all the outstanding training and tools that you need; all we ask is a willingness to learn and a genuine enthusiasm to encourage others to live their lives to the full.



What is the home like?

The Retired Nurses National Home (RNNH) is a purpose build residential care home.
