Contracted Hours: Full time
Salary/Pay Rate: £10.80 to £11.80 per hour
Location: Sutton, Surrey  (driver essential)

What are the duties?


·           Enhancing the lives of the people we support every day

·           Uphold and ensure a high standard of care is provided to our service users

·           Guide and support a team of care and support workers

·           Ensure your team undertake relevant training and development

·           Support the manager to ensure the service runs smoothly


What skills do I need?


You will have an NVQ Level 2 qualification or willing to work towards this and at least two years’ experience within a care setting. We do require you to hold a full driving licence due to travel requirements. We’ll provide you all the outstanding training and tools that you need; all we ask is a willingness to learn and a genuine enthusiasm to encourage others to live their lives to the full.
