Job Title: Lead Care and Support Worker
Contracted Hours: Full and Part Time Opportunities Available
Salary/Pay Rate: £11.00 - £12.00 per hour (depending on shift) + 45p per mile and additional increment for bank holidays

What are the duties?
· Play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high quality and cost effective care services within given area.
· Ensure that good practice in service provision is embedded across the area.
· Responsible for monitoring, mentoring and supporting new Care and Support Workers.
· Ensure that Care and Support Workers undertake relevant learning and development activities including induction and that they translate training into practice.
· Take personal charge of key issues to ensure that quality care and support is provided.
What skills do I need?
We have a vacancy for a Lead Care & Support Worker in our Home Care Malvern Team. We are looking for a committed person who shares our passion for supporting people who are living with different kind of disabilities. Experience within a similar role is preferred but not essential.
The role is flexible to the needs of the service so working hours will include evening and weekend work. Applicants must be dynamic and motivated and have an innovative approach to the delivery of quality person-centered care. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
