Job Title: Care Team Leader

Contracted Hours: 18 hours per week

Salary/Pay Rate: £11.45 to £12.60 per hour (depending on shift and experience)

What are the duties?

·           Enhancing the lives of our residents every day

·           Leading a team of health care assistants

·           Upholding a high quality of care for our residents

·           Carry out assessments to create personalised care plans

·           Review documents and ensure records are accurate

What skills do I need?

You will have at least 2 years’ experience in a care setting with ideally an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care. You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team and individually. We’ll provide you all the outstanding training and tools that you need; all we ask is a willingness to learn and a genuine enthusiasm to encourage others to live their lives to the full.

The Lawn is a beautiful Georgian period home in the rural village of Holybourne, Hampshire. The Lawn provides specialist residential care, with highly trained staff to meet all of our resident’s needs.
