Job Title: Care Shift Leader 


Contracted Hours: 30 hours per week

Salary/Pay Rate: £10.97- £12.07 per hour

What are the duties?

Enhancing the lives of our residents ever day
Leading a team of health care assistants
Upholding a high quality of care for our residents
Carry out assessments to create personalised care plans
Review documents and ensure records are accurate

 

What skills do I need?

You will ideally have an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care, or be willing to work towards this. You will also have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a health care setting and previous Shift Leader experience. You will have a positive attitude, the ability to think on your feet, and lead by example. We’ll provide you all the outstanding training and tools that you need; all we ask is a willingness to learn and a genuine enthusiasm to encourage others to live their lives to the full.
